  I have been with Englewood Family Physicians for several years and I am very impressed. Tara O'Connor and Dr. Persoff (the only two I have seen) are excellent. My experience has always been positive. From the front office staff who always smile when you walk in, to the provider who takes the time to listen. I give 5 stars all the way. The new online access to records and communication...well how can you improve on perfection. Englewood Family Physicians did it. Well done.

  Negatives- Doctor not reviewing chart prior to speaking with me. Extremely difficult to get set up online due to staff having incorrect email address. Extra tests ordered that I was not aware of. Test abnormal results not followed up in a timely manner by the physician. Policy about giving credit card number for labs and the labs charging your card before notifying you. Positives- Convenience of location to my work. NP is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns.

  Dr. Greos is a wonderful primary care physician. She is kind, is a great listener, and very capable. She never rushes me through. I highly recommend her!
