- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have always had a positive experience at this office, with all the staff and especially Dr. Sato. She is great! She has always listened to what I have to say and discussed my options with me. Calls to Dr. Sato's assistant, Tara, are promptly returned and there's never an issue getting an appointment. Most of the time, someone answers the main phone number, which is nice and much more personal than going around and around, pushing prompts and trying to find someone to talk to as is common at many places nowadays. My only gripe is, the office wasn't decorated for Christmas, I mean the Holidays, this year, because one patient complained last year. Bah Humbug!! :)October 21, 2017by Mary Kay Allen
